The Ford Leadership Forum develops opportunities for young people who want mentoring to be paired with mid- and late-career professionals who have an established track record of excellence and service. Mentors are expected to set aside at least one meeting a month to meet with the mentee, and also include the mentee in events and projects as the mentor sees fit.

Our mentorship program gives the rising generations the benefits of the experiences, wisdom, and knowledge of their elders. We seek mentors who are especially committed to helping develop the virtues that are the bedrock of any humane and civil public order.
